MLK "Great Things" Quote Plaque

We celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr. During this month, the image of Dr. King for most Americans is of the great leader standing before a microphone and speaking soul-shaking, transformational words of truth. His speeches—whether “Give Us the Ballot” or “I Have a Dream”—powerfully examine the state of American democracy and call this nation to its highest self. For the groundwork he's laid for us to carry onward, thank you, Dr. King. 

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way.” During the Civil Rights Movement, the goal was to achieve one great ideal: equal rights. However, equality couldn’t be achieved without smaller, individual contributions from prominent leaders and lesser known advocates. Just because an act of service or outreach is small doesn’t mean it’s not impactful. Great for your home office.
