Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

A domestic package is not considered “lost” until 15 business days after the day it was shipped. No replacements will be made if the item is “marked delivered” by the postal service or other shipping provider at the address you provided.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately photograph it and contact us. No replacements will be made 30 days after the ship date.

We offer free standard shipping to the United States.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@thewright.org with you name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes 

We often use shipping carriers outside of the US Postal Service and therefore will not be able to ship orders to a post office box. Please provide a physical address for your order.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please read the full return and refund policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at store@thewright.org with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
